Biscuits and Gravy for Four

We'll start with the Biscuits
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk

Till it looks like this!

Mix all the dry ingredients first (stir it up real well)

Then add the Margarine (or soft butter)

and cut it in with a pastry tool

this should take 3-5 minutes

And Rest!

Spoon out the dough

Add your milk

and stir, stir, stir

Ok now go to your toaster oven and set it to 400 bake.

I use the stay on mode not the timer.

Bring back the baking tray and prep it.

Oh Yea Baby go stick em in the oven.

Now set the timer for 8 to 12 minutes, I don't know you figure it out!

Mix up your dry ingredients

and whip it up
Picture
Keep stirring with your whip over a medium heat

OH CRAP THE BISCUITS!

Go get em!

The Gravy

1/4 cup Margarine
3/8 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Heaping tsp course pepper
(salt & pepper to your taste)
2 cups milk
You should be able to whip up this gravy while the biscuits are bake'n
Melt the margarine

Add the flour mixture to the butter

Add the milk

Till it's all thick and starting to bubble, then remove from heat

That's what I'm talkin' about!
Now let's get crackin'

Crack 8 eggs into a mixing bowl

Add a splash of milk

Whip 'em up with a fork

Add the whipped egg and milk

There's that 1/4 cup of margarine again

Scrap to the center letting egg to flow back
Picture
Melt the butter
Picture
